Pricing Formula

Pricing a gutter job can sometime be complicated, thus why we’ve broken it down into 4 easy variables to account for.

LIABILITY

  1. Does the Contractor have the proper General Liability Insurance?
  2. Does the Contractor have the proper Workers Compensation Insurance?

Contractors Often are able to lower their prices by opening you and your home to unnecessary risk and danger. At “Best Dam Gutters Plus” we carry all the required Insurances and can provided them at a moments notice.

  3. Integrity and honesty of everyone at “Best Dam Gutters Plus” are what makes our dream as well as your dream come true.

MATERIALS

  1. A simple flat per linear foot doesn’t necessarily work. For instance some homes may have more corners our downspouts than others.
  2. Their are some esthetics to consider. Some include; Hand cut corners or prefab corner strips, zip screws or pop rivets.
  3. Last but not least the types of material ultimately determine the cost, example are Aluminum vs. Copper or even Galvanized Steel.

HARD INSTALLATION

  1. Price does increase as the stories increase, the price and story height have a direct correlation.
  2. Is scaffolding need? Additional equipment can increase the overall cost.
  3. Are their obstructions from hanging the gutter? We can handle many obstacles in our way.
